Graduated from the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Wistar Institute in the United States. In 2012, served as the R&D director and vice president of China National Biotec Group. In 2016, founded Maiji Biotech. Published papers in top journals such as Science and Nature. Participated in projects that were selected as one of the top ten scientific advancements of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2015. Led the application for over ten new molecular patents and developed over ten innovative antibody drugs. Among them, the anti-IL-17A antibody and anti-PD-1 antibody have entered the pilot-scale development stage. Led and participated in the IND application for multiple biosimilar drugs including Avastin and Erbitux. Built a cell line construction and innovative antibody drug development team from scratch.
